## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动集团内外各渠道开展代发及公私联动业务，批量获取优质客户。通过渠道经营、培训、营销活动、陪访沟通等方式，线上线下结合达成业绩指标、完成考核；
- 做好代发及公私联动客群产品营销，提升客户满意度，促进客户资产及存款留存提升；
- 能够熟练掌握零售业务产品内容，进行代发客户关系维护，产品介绍服务；
- 遵守各项法律、法规、制度，落实合规及风险管理工作，确保代发及公私联动业务健康发展。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，金融、经济、财会、法律、管理等相关专业优先，具有银行、保险、证券等金融相关从业经验者优先，特别优秀者条件可适度放宽；
- 具有较强的综合应变和沟通协调能力，能够吃苦耐劳；
- 对阜阳当地零售业务市场有一定了解，服务和营销意识强，亲和力强，在阜阳市有稳定客户来源者优先；
- 符合我行招录回避相关制度规定要求。1.本科以上
