## Job description

### 岗位职责 参与平安智慧行政信息系统产品的实施工作
- 参与项目售前方案、招投标工作；
- 参与项目管理工作，包括项目资源协调、制定项目计划、项目进度管控等工作；
- 参与项目需求调研、分析、设计等工作；
- 参与与甲方客户沟通、撰写项目文档、管理变更、客户满意度维系等工作。 任职资格
- 大学本科以上学历，2年以上软件项目实施相关经验，计算机相关专业毕业优先；
- 善于交流，有良好的沟通能力和技巧；
- 责任心强，有良好的独立工作能力与抗压能力，能接受短期出差；
- 逻辑思维强，有良好的学习能力，持续提升业务与专业知识；
- 有PMP、PRINCE2认证者优先；
