## Job description

岗位职责 1）统筹管理逾期催收过程中的产生的各类投诉案件，建立催收投诉处置与安抚流程。 2）对内管理催收投诉处理团队，优化团队作业流程，管控与压降全年投诉目标。 3）对外与行内各级消保团队沟通，落实各项监管与总行制度要求，剔除各类疑难案件的投诉指标。 4）检视催收消保管理流程，助力催清收团队完成指标。 5）处理各类催收清收重大投诉事件。 任职资格 1）本科及以上学历，金融、法律、统计专业优先； 2）3年以上银行等金融机构、国内知名委外公司催收管理、投诉管理经验者优先； 3）具备较强的沟通表达、协调公关能力，并有较强的抗压能力； 4）熟练使用EXCEL、POWERPOINT等办公自动化软件。
