岗位职责
- 牵头落地寿险客户的经营策略，深化对客群的渗透
- 推动线上化工具宣导、推广应用
- 开展队伍建设、培养工作，推广典范案例
- 落实银行业务在的合规和风险防控工作 任职资格 1、2年以上金融相关工作经验，有市场开拓经验 2、抗压能力、沟通协调和推动执行能力强，有一定管理能力，善于团队建设 3、职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为
