## Job description

岗位职责
- 经营寿险重点客群，推动AUM或LUM业务。通过圈子经营、培训宣导、营销活动、面谈沟通等方式，线上线下相结合，达成业绩指标、通过考核；
- 推动协调银行经营平台和队伍，包括线上经营平台、网点、理财经理、金融顾问、个贷队伍，共同协助寿险重客服务好客户；
- 做好寿险客群的银行服务，促进其体验及使用银行的产品及功能，提升其满意度；
- 通过宣导俱乐部业务（含俱乐部品牌、权益、产品、激励方案等）招募有意愿的潜力会员，同时推动会员实现新获客、存量客户提升；
- 遵守各项法律、法规、制度，落实合规及风险管理工作要求，严格控制风险，确保寿险客群MGM业务健康发展。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备1年以上相关从业经验或熟悉寿险客群者优先；
- 较强的亲和力、沟通能力、人际交往能力、学习能力及敏锐的观察力，形象健康、谈吐大方；
- 具有良好的职业道德，无不良信用和违规违纪记录。
