## Job description

岗位职责
- 硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、统计、财务管理等相关专业优先；优秀者可放宽至本科；
- 具有严谨认真的工作态度、细致扎实的工作作风，原则性、责任心强，具备较强的规划、统筹协调能力并具有良好的职业操守和团队合作精神；
- 熟悉恒生交易系统、熟悉各投资品种清算流程者优先，具有一年以上金融机构运营管理经验者优先；
- 具有基金从业资格、期货从业资格、证券从业资格等优先。 任职资格
- 负责银保监会、人行、中保登、中资协等各类监管数据的报送以及临时监管数据、调研数据的报送；
- 各投资品种的交易数据、持仓数据的管理工作；
- 负责恒生系统日常清算和交易席位管理；
- 负责对外包团队的业务品质指导及考核；
- 日常投资运营流程优化以及新业务运营流程梳理和制定，不断提升投资运营品质；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作事项。
