## Job description

岗位职责

### 日常运营
- 业务受理、材料审核，监督业务进度和品质，协调处理运营期间产生的各类问题件和滞留资金。

### 客户服务
- 客户需求的收集与反馈，处理年金客户的咨诉，向客户协调提供服务资料。协助业务部门进行客户拜访、汇报、培训。

### 账户管理
- 在系统中维护企业账户、年金计划受托户、投资户信息。受理账户变更、开户销户等工作。

### 外部交互
- 定期信息披露、年度审计等工作；合同用印、合同报备、系统录入等工作；管理人发生变更时的处理报备、资产移交、专项审计、终止报告等工作。

### 管理费
- 各管理费协助核算支付，账管费追踪催收。 任职资格
- 硕士研究生以上学历，2年以上客户服务或相关经验。
- 丰富的年金知识及年金业务的处理能力。
- 良好的沟通能力、责任心和服务意识强。
