## Job description

岗位职责 1 通过分析产品需求和数据，完成标注规则的制定，最终实现“提高机器人解决率” 2 根据业务特征、场景特征、应用要求，能对流程提需，能提供分析、讲解能力 3 根据业务认知、标注经验，定期汇总分析已有数据，并提出改进建议 4 深入理解和分析行业数据，形成AI效果判断能力，通过挖掘标注等提升行业知识库规模和质量 5 负责知识的优化、运营，向标注人员进行专业方面的教授和培训 任职资格 全日制本科及以上学历 有AI相关运营工作背景，最好具有语言学背景 有机器人训练经验以及运营经验，熟悉ASR、NLP等技术
- 熟悉AI标注训练，具有优化、完善业务流程的能力/经验；
- 具有语言学背景
- 了解呼叫中心或作业队伍运作，有敏锐的业务分析经验；
- 责任心强、自主能动性强，能独立发现问题、解决问题
