## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开发和维护个贷客户资源，推广个贷产品;
- 进行客户资质审核，确保符合银行贷款要求;
- 协助客户办理贷款相关手续，确保流程顺利;
- 完成个贷销售目标，定期汇报工作进展;
- 维护客户关系，提升客户满意度和忠诚度; 任职资格
- 具备个贷产品销售经验;
- 熟悉个贷业务流程及金融法规;
- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识;
- 工作态度积极，责任心强;
