## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据行内整体风险偏好，统筹规划对口产品的贷前风险发展方向；
- 通过动态管理贷前风险政策、分析制定授信策略，保证业务健康、可持续发展；
- 协助团队管理，队伍能力建设与员工培养工作； 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融学、统计学、数学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具有信贷风控领域经验，了解目前个人信贷市场趋势，善于钻研业务，具有良好的沟通、协调与执行能力，团队合作意识强。
