## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻落实总、分公司各项经营战略、方针政策，推动本机构业务保费及利润指标的达成，并对机构KPI指标负责；
- 负责推动机构业务的合理增长，确保市场占有率逐步提高；
- 负责推动机构队伍建设，服务当地；
- 加强拓展外围关系，协调机构内部各岗位工作关系；
- 加强合规经营，确保本机构不发生重大经营、管理风险。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，在金融-保险行业，有5-10年磨憨支公司经理工作经验，有在中国平安任职经历优先。
- 担任培训与发展，
- 熟悉通用技能-调研方法-实地调查法，
