岗位职责
- 基于项目和用户需求分析，综合竞争对手动态和市场动态，整合各类需求，规划产品路线和功能。
- 全面负责管理支行的市场业务的推广及发展工作
- 与客户建立和维持良好的业务关系
- 根据总分行下达的经营目标制定并落实分行的业务发展规划，开展业务，带领团队完成指标 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.3-20年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力
