## Job description

岗位职责
- 通过运营手段持续扩大社群用户规模。
- 建立有效的用户激励制度和成长体系，提升用户的活跃度、粘度。
- 优化用户体验，提升各漏斗环节用户转化率，实现高效规模化增长
- 产品开发过程中协调各方资源，负责产品的功能及流程验收测试，保证项目进度和品质 任职资格 1.985、211院校全日制本科及以上学历 2.2年以上工作经验 3.规划能力、逻辑性强，良好的沟通和项目协调能力； 4.有互联网公司运营管理工作经验优先；
