## Job description

岗位职责
- 对公司制度、业务、流程等进行合规评审，提示风险点和完善建议
- 组织开展合规文化推广培育工作，落实合规宣传培训等工作
- 收集和梳理法律法规、监管政策，及时传导法规和监管要求
- 协调机构合规管理，包括合规人员管理、日常工作督导和考核 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，经济类、管理类、法学类专业优先；
- 金融行业、保险行业3年以上相关工作经历，具备良好的分析判断能力和沟通协调能力，抗压性，具备较强的沟通及公文写作能力；
- 思维敏捷、灵活、有独立解决问题的能力，法律合规敏感度高。
