## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动所辖支行达成保险中收目标；
- 组织所辖支行理财人员的保险销售技能和产品培训，牵头组织分、支行保险沙龙并参与主讲；
- 协助所辖支行理财人员开展大单陪访，盘点客户并制定符合客户需求的产品计划书；
- 对接寿险完成相关运营服务工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备2年及以上金融或银保（个险）工作经验；
- 能够独立开展银保销售、组织大型沙龙和产说会、研发典范案例及讲授课程。
