## Job description

岗位职责

### 产品策略与项目推进
- 制定企康产品消费方案，对接服务端推动委托项目落地，开展政策研究及同业调研，提供销售支持与专业课题分析；

### 市场拓展与客户维护
- 协同拓展企康委托业务市场，组织到企活动，推广app和企微，促线下转线上；

### 运营分析与计划执行
- 拆解年度活化计划并追踪执行进度，分析客户服务品质并输出报告，优化业务流程与服务效能；

### 健康管理与服务支持
- 协助客户经理做好医健协销支持，做好企业员工的医疗健康管理服务和咨询解答。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上；
- 有同业经验优先、有医学背景优先，具备委托运营、推动经验优先；
- 勤奋上进，亲和力强，有良好的沟通表达能力；
- 有责任心学习能力强、有一定的抗压能力和团队合作精神；
