## Job description

### 岗位职责 1、协助管理三级机构网点各项工作，包括

人力发展、人员管理、培训、业务推动等 2、协助统筹管理运营，组织会议、人员管理、早夕会督导训练、推动网点人力、业务经营目标达成 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历
- 具备较强的沟通、组织、协调能力，为人热情大方，有责任感
- 有保险工作经验者优先
