## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司线上代理人团队的招募、维护及管理;
- 负责公司线上代理人平台(随身易)的日常运营，包括激励方案的制定及兑现，营销活动的宣导和推动以及平台信息维护;
- 负责开展健康险产品及展业技能的培训工作；
- 负责外部中介、互联网平台的业务开拓；
- 负责外部医疗中介的业务开拓。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历;
- 有寿险公司经验或线上管理经验者优先；
- 有互联网工作经历及互联网思维者优先。
