## Job description

### 岗位职责 负责业务拓展与客户维护的人员，其主要职责包括

在公司合规风险管理的框架下，开展客户关系经营、市场开拓，完成销售目标，提升客户黏性，及时响应客户需求，并持续挖掘潜在需求。

### 各机构应建立健全客户经理日常管理制度，包括但不限于以下内容

客户开拓计划、客户信息管理、工作例会制度、工作日志记录和信息报告机制等。 任职资格 1．原则上本科及以上学历，经济类研究生优先。 2．原则上应通过基金从业资格考试。 3．较强的市场营销能力，良好的沟通能力和建立关系能力。 4．良好的职业道德，无不良信用记录。 5．符合公司其他管理要求。
