## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责权限内疑难、复杂案件的沟通与合议，解析理赔条款，确保机构案件处理的专业性。
- 负责对案件理赔结果、客户咨询提供专业性的理赔解释，使客户认同公司结论，维护公司品牌形象。
- 理赔数据分析，并制定相应的改善举措。
- 理赔风险管理职能，包括客户风险、渠道风险、医院风险以及内部风险管理。
- 负责机构理赔成本分析及管控，机构日常作业中的问题自查、整改及追踪。 任职资格 1、本科学历，医学、法学、保险学等相关专业优先。 2、1-3年相关工作经验，有互联网保险理赔经验优先。 3、擅长PPT、Excel等办公软件，具有很强的数据分析能力优先。 4、具有杰出的担当精神，较强的抗压耐力，具有分析并解决问题能力，具备优秀的沟通协作精神。 5、工作认真仔细，具备高度责任心，具备独立执行项目的能力。
