## Job description

岗位职责
- 开拓新合作渠道，与外部渠道进行商务谈判，负责管辖区域内渠道获客合作模式洽谈、协调、资源拓展及关系维护，确定合作意向，并对渠道业务人员进行业务培训及活动宣导；
- 推动合作目标达成，灵活运用新零售线上运营方式不限于公众号、企业微信、短视频等，以结果为导向完成获客增长目标，并进行日常业绩达成追踪；
- 熟悉同行业渠道拓展发展动态，主动拓展新获客渠道并尝试、达成长期商务合作，做好渠道关系维护和业绩推动。 任职资格
- 本科及以上，金融相关专业，1年及以上相关工作经验，具备证券从业资格；
- 有外部获客资源和经验，有线上经营意识、擅长自媒体运营；
- 执行力强，具备良好的团队合作意识，有较强的沟通协调与组织调度能力，以及较强的抗压能力。
