## Job description

岗位职责 1 梳理，设计和优化用户服务流程体系，定义和创新综金服务的重要体验指标体系； 2 主导用户侧调研与分析，推动关键服务体验落地； 3 落地用户体验常态机制，推进服务体验系统实施； 4 借助调研数据与后台数据发现目前服务内容中存在的体验问题并推动改善，基于现有商品进行创新设计，实现用户增长； 5 收集并评估外部服务的用户体验和设计工作。 任职资格 5年以上互联网用户体验，客户服务等工作经营，具金融产品/互联网相关工作经历优先 良好的商业思维，具备战略规划和问题拆解能力； 熟悉定性，定量研究方法展开研究工作； 俱敏锐客群需求洞察能力 良好的跨部门沟通，协调，推进能力。
