## Job description

岗位职责

### 队伍管理
- 增员规划、团队管理、考核淘汰；

### 辅导培训
- 分类培育计划规划，新产品线上培训，营销社群促活；

### 营销推动
- 节点营销活动宣导、营销推动效果复盘，负责创意落地、统筹执行、产品运营等工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限；
- 具有较强的沟通和学习能力，有一定的创新性；
- 具有团队精神，善于沟通，并具备一定的培训和带领团队的的能力。
