## Job description

岗位职责

### 团险风控
- 负责团险赔付率分析、重点团单理赔数据分析等，并形成分析月报，与业务联动召开沟通会议，辅助经营决策；

### 团险协谈
- 负责团险重案及风险案件的协谈任务处理，解释保单责任及理赔结论依据，有较强的风险识别能力；

### 团单自动化配置
- 负责团体保单自核配置及自动化审核配置，提高无人工审核通过率，减少理赔差错；

### 业务支持
- 具备良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神，能够快速处理复杂问题，解答业务常规咨询及需求。

### 任职资格 1、专业知识

熟悉保险条款、理赔流程及相关法律规定,有两年以上团险理赔经验。 2、学历要求： 大学本科以上学历。
