## Job description

岗位职责
- 建立和维护平安集团内非寿渠道以及外部渠道关系；
- 负责随身易渠道推动和运营工作，包括代理人队伍的发展和运营，以及业务分析追踪、激励方案制定、营销活动宣导和推动等；
- 负责健康险产品培训工作，提供各类产品咨询、各类展业支持；
- 上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 有3年及以上保险行业销售经验，有寿险、健康险公司、经纪代理公司等工作经验者优先；
- 积极主动、责任担当，自驱力、抗压力强
