## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责

1,利用网、电、移（网络+电话+移动技术）一体化的沟通平台与客户进行直接沟通 2,负责客户贷款服务业务的受理，遵守合规及风控要求，耐心指导客户办理贷款 3,协助打款服务客户准备相关材料 4,根据市场营销计划，完成个人业务指标，提升客户体验 5,维护客户关系，手机客户信息并简历客户档案，以便寻找潜在的客户需求 6,积极执行公司政策，完成公司交办的其他工作 任职资格 1,口齿清晰，普通话标准 2,个性开朗、亲切随和、有耐心 3,头脑灵活，思维敏捷，喜欢创新，善于接受新实物 4,具有较强的事业心、上进心，勇于挑战高薪 5,熟练运用EXCEL\PPT\WORD等办公软件 6,有相关呼叫中心、金融从业经验者优先
