## Job description

岗位职责 主要负责干部标准与机制建设、干部盘点与评估

### 干部画像体系建设
- 结合公司战略与文化价值观，建立并持续迭代干部胜任力模型与领导力素质标准，明确不同层级管理者的核心能力要求

### 设计并完善干部全生命周期管理机制
- 包括干部的选拔标准、任用流程、考核评估、晋升通道及退出机制，确保干部队伍的流动性与活力。
- 主导年度/半年度干部盘点工作，通过360评估、述职访谈、绩效数据分析等工具，对现任管理者的履职情况、发展潜力进行全方位诊断；输出干部个人及团队评估报告，识别高潜管理者与需改进对象，为管理层提供客观、精准的人事决策依据。
- 参与或主导组织诊断项目，从组织和人才视角综合分析人才结构、梯队健康度及核心岗位匹配度，识别组织能力缺口。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上大型企业工作经历；互联网、高科技行业优先。

### 战略思维与洞察力
- 具备较强的商业敏感性和系统性思维，能够理解业务战略并将其有效解码为组织与人才策略。

### 数据分析与诊断能力
- 具备敏锐的数据洞察力，能通过数据发现问题本质，并输出有说服力的分析报告。

### 深度思考与结构化表达
- 逻辑清晰，善于在复杂信息中提炼核心观点，并能以简洁有力的方式进行表达。
