## Job description

岗位职责 1 公章集中的法律审查工作，包括分公司保险协议、外签合同、诉讼文书、非制式业务单证等法律文书的审查 ； 2 机构诉讼案件的处理、上报和总结，及外聘律师和司法机关关系的协调和处理 ； 3 机构重大疑难的理赔案件和咨诉案件的参与处理，出具法律意见，提供法律服务 ； 4 机构重大经营决策的法律分析，法律咨询的回复 ； 5 机构重要规章、制度的合规审查 ； 6 机构知识产权和商业秘密的法律保护、劳动纠纷和代理人纠纷的处理 ； 7 机构干部或业务部门的法律培训 ； 8 其他需要法律岗参与的事务 ； 9 领导交办的其它工作。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年法律岗工作经验，法律职业资格证。
