## Job description

岗位职责
- 抵押贷款相关业务受理，跟进各类金融产品的营销工作。
- 主要负责在寿险营业区对业务员进行相关贷款产品培训，宣导，传达相关政策。
- 负责寿险营业区关系维护及业务推动 任职资格
- 本科（含）以上学历，1-3年相关工作经验，有寿险、综拓、其它银行贷款从业经验优先；
- 责任心强，具有较高的内外沟通、协调组织和公关能力；
- 热爱销售、乐于接受挑战，做事积极主动，能吃苦耐劳；
- 具备一定的信贷、财务分析判断能力和较好的抗压能力。
