## Job description

岗位职责
- 陪同集团渠道及销售人员，拜访重要企业客户，介绍公司健康服务，解答客户医疗健康相关问题；
- 根据企业的行业特性、人员组成、工作性质等，有针对性的出具全面的企业健康管理方案，确保方案的科学性和有效性；
- 对重点客户，根据客户的病史、体检数据、健康需求和生活习惯，定制高端体检项目套餐，确保体检方案的科学性和个性化；
- 为有需要的客户，提供体检报告的专业解读，分析健康风险因素，提出个性化的健康建议和制定健康评估报告，协助客户制定后续健康管理计划并督促落实，提升客户健康水平和生活质量；
- 为有需要的客户提供专业用药指导，确保用药安全和合理性；对高端客户的慢性病进行长期跟踪管理，协助控制疾病进展；
- 参与优化高端客户服务工作流程，提升客户体验及服务效率，持续提升客户服务满意度；
- 按时按质完成领导交办的其他事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，专业知识全面，理论扎实，有较丰富的临床经验；
- 善于沟通表达，可以用通俗易懂的语言，讲清楚医学专业知识；
- 具备三甲医院工作经验、有企业健康管理或高端健康管理服务经验者优先；
- 具备亲和力、较强的服务意识和高度的责任心，有良好的医患沟通能力，能够理解并满足高端客户的个性化健康需求，与高端客户建立信任关系；
- 熟悉国内外先进医学理念及诊疗经验，并能应用于日常诊疗活动中；
- 具备团队协作精神，能够与多部门高效配合；
- 能够接受高频次外勤工作；
