## Job description

岗位职责 （1）统筹银行等金融机构渠道资源，推动健康险产品在渠道的销售； （2）系统性拓展、维护外部银行等金融机构的关系联结，创新合作模式，规划落地营销活动； （3）机构银保队伍建设与管理，提供专业化支持及过程督导，通过有效推动和垂直化赋能，促进业务目标达成与持续增长； （4）领导交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格 （1）背景

拥有3年以上银行网点合作经验或团体业务开拓经验，能快速上手客户开发与关系维护工作。 （2）核心能力：熟悉银行考核逻辑、能策划联合经营活动（如沙龙）、具备基础医疗知识优先考虑。 （3）软性特质：拥有较强沟通协调与公关能力，能高效对接银行网点与客户；具备数据洞察与精准营销能力，可落地“一客一策”服务；同时需有快速学习能力与抗压性，适应产品与政策迭代。
