## Job description

岗位职责
- 重点支持济南第一网点、济南第二网点的培训留存工作；
- 培训留存岗位推动的整体规划和实施；
- 岗位核心指标对应动作的落地推动执行。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 执行力强，沟通协调能力强；
- 有同业经验或金融行业工作经验者优先考虑，能快速适应岗位需要。
