## Job description

岗位职责
- 检视并完善覆盖总部及下属机构的培训管理体系与培训课程体系
- 分类别、分层级、分条线制定人才培养培训计划，组织、策划、实施、运营公司培训项目，确保达成培训效果
- 落地重点人才培养项目，推进兼职讲师队伍建设 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，人力、公卫、管理、数学等相关专业优先 2、从事过人才培养、干部、绩效等各模块工作，擅长其中某一模块 3、2年以上人力资源经验，有三级综合医院或咨询背景优先 4、抗压能力好，协调能力强，心态开放，渴望学习，愿意多模块尝试
