## Job description

岗位职责
- 精通民法典，并精通药品、医用耗材、医疗设备等相关法律法规；
- 熟悉医院及医疗集团供应链药品、医药耗材、医疗设备预算制定、采购计划、商业谈判、合同签订、后续保障等环节业务；
- 能实时跟踪国家及地方对于药品、医用耗材、医疗设备相关的新的管理规定；
- 对药品、医用耗材、医疗设备从寻源到使用的全过程法务保障，尤其是采购过程的合规保障，对所有采购销售合同进行法务保障。
- 对采购相关制度与流程提出合规优化建议；
- 能对药品、医用耗材、医疗设备采购过程的法务保障提出建设性意见。 任职资格 1、法学相关专业本科以上学历，有律师证优先； 2、5年以上医疗相关产品法务服务经验； 3、参与过药品、医用耗材、医疗设备等相关产品的采购合同审核保障，数量不少于10份，采购金额不少于1亿元。
