## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责抵押贷款业务的受理、审核及资料整理工作;
- 协助客户完成抵押物评估、登记等手续;
- 与客户进行有效沟通，解答客户疑问并提供专业建议;
- 负责抵押贷款业务的后续跟进及档案管理工作;
- 协助团队完成抵押贷款业务目标;
- 完成领导交办的其他相关工作。 任职资格 1.金融、经济或相关专业大专及以上学历; 2.1-3年抵押贷款或银行柜面服务相关工作经验; 3.具备良好的沟通协调能力和客户服务意识; 4.熟悉抵押贷款业务流程及相关的法律法规; 5.具备一定的计算机操作能力，熟练使用办公软件及银行相关系统; 6.持有相关金融从业资格证书者优先。
