## Job description

岗位职责

### 销售前端管控
- （1）标准化：执行、落实&追踪总部风控要求，确保销售团队前端管控措施符合公司目标要求； （2）差异化：① 根据机构当地实际情况，在总部建议的框架范围内差异制定、追踪效果；② 统筹、检视下辖分支机构的差异化政策。

### 操作风险管理
- 针对总部下发的疑似欺诈等清单，进行反查，并对核查属实的案件相应处置，避免发生集中风险案件。

### 风控团队管理
- （1）风险管理团队建设和人才储备：团队人员管理，建立风控人才梯队，使得队伍能力多样化，含但不限于经营策略、数据分析、市场调研等，加强机构对于内外部环境的风控分析能力，敏捷响应变化； （2） 风控工作统筹管理：负责下辖分支机构整体风控的统筹、规划、管理。

### 逾期账户追踪
- 对于逾期账户，做好跟催收团队的沟通协调工作，支持催回和回收。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有风险管理相关工作经验者优先；
- 思维敏捷、沟通能力强、一定数据敏感度，熟练操作office软件。
