## Job description

岗位职责
- 对接公司广深资管商业项目运营工作，建立良好的内部合作关系；
- 参与制定委托方的年度预算目标及资金计划、敦促经营目标达成、审核受托方的重大项目改造升级方案及预算需求；
- 及时、准确评估及分析商业经营情况，依据运营数据分析，为业主提供有效的数据支持；
- 参与公司新项目的前期策划，包括项目可行性分析、商业模型构建、风险评估；
- 公司领导安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上同业工作经验，具有商业地产、顾问咨询等行业背景优先，近年工作所在地为广深地区； 3、逻辑思维严密，数据敏感度高，语言和文字表达清晰，具备优秀的分析能力、图表表达能力、报告编辑展示能力。
