## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公募、理财、存款等财富产品推动，根据总行产品推动节奏及要求，并结合分行实际利润及销售指标要求，做好产品的组合、包装、落地推广、推动，实现产品销售，提升资产规模。
- 推动队伍从单一产品销售向从客户视角出发的资产配置转型，发挥产品顾问“专科医生”、投资顾问”全科医生“联动效能，推动私财客户产品渗透率、财富健康度提升。
- 配合总行及片区、对所属机构相关产品进行培训、督导及推动。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融相关专业优先。
- 一年以上金融从业经验，熟悉金融产品，由产品推动相关经验，具备专业的财富管理专业能力，有CFA、FRM、CFP/AFP等金融类专业证书者优先。
- 具备较好的数据分析能力和沟通协调能力。
- 目标感强，有恒心、韧性强，遵纪守法，合规意识强。
