## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹理赔团队人力编制动态调整及人员配置
- 设计并执行绩效/薪酬方案
- 推动绩效考核全流程管理
- 人才培养、组织能力建设等队伍建设工作 任职资格
- 专业能力
- 精通绩效体系搭建与薪酬核算，熟悉预算管理及财务合规
- 有较好的数据能力，熟练使用Excel/SQL等工具进行数据分析
- 管理经验
- 1年以上人力资源相关管理经验
- 熟悉KPI/OKR等绩效模型及考核结果应用
- 协作能力
- 能主导跨部门协作流程，解决资源调配及绩效争议问题
- 素质要求
- 抗压能力强，适应多任务并行节奏
- 逻辑思维清晰，有较好的文字表达与数据处理能力
- 优先条件
- 保险/金融行业人事管理经验者优先
