## Job description

岗位职责

### 薪酬管理
- 负责远程服务队伍基本管理办法体系迭代优化，主导绩效考核方案设计及落地实施，搭建核算工具并确保准确率；

### 人员管理
- 统筹远程服务队伍人员招聘、入离场流程、薪酬核算、合规风控及团队文化建设；

### 资质管理
- 主导远程服务队伍从业资格证培训、考试组织及年检管理，建立资质档案并实施动态监控，确保持证合规。 任职资格 1、3年以上银行绩效考核或运营管理经验，熟悉远程银行业务模式者优先； 2、精通Excel建模及数据分析，具备复杂规则拆解能力； 3、出色的跨部门协调能力，能独立承担多线程项目管理；
- 持有银行从业资格，熟悉监管合规要求。
