## Job description

岗位职责
- 落实银行业务发展方向，组织制定团队业务发展规划、安排实施业务拓展，完成分行下达的各项业务任务；
- 对公司业务内容进行有效的控制和把关，保证各项业务按照规章制度执行；对已授信的客户组织有效的贷后检查和信用分类，防范授信业务的各类经营风险，确保团队合规经营；
- 负责团队组建、日常经营和管理、制度建设等；指导团队成员工作规划、督导执行、实施人才培养等工作。 任职资格 1．本科学历 ； 2. 5年以上相关工作经验，1年以上团队管理经验 ； 3．熟悉银行信贷业务和企业财务分析，具有较强的市场敏感度、优秀的业务拓展能力和沟通能力，无不良工作记录 ； 4．具有优秀的领悟能力，优秀的沟通协作、担当精神，丰富的专业知识储备，优秀的执行力，优秀的结果导向型思维，持续付出，努力推进，高质量完成本职工作，优秀的抗压耐力。
