岗位职责 1.1、按照编制与招聘需求，负责机构人才招聘与管理 2、负责管理并优化招聘流程，确保招聘的时效性与合规性，提升招聘体验 3、负责编制、招聘预算的管理，持续优化招聘成本 4、负责其他领导交办的工作任务 2.拓展、管理招聘渠道，以帮助招聘需求的及时有效达成 任职资格 1、本科学历 2、1-3年相关工作经验 3、有人事工作经验者优先
