## Job description

岗位职责 1.建立和维护高净值客户群，以客户为中心，做好客户的风险偏好判断、财务状况评估，为客户提供定制化的产品配置建议、财富成长分析以及资产传承规划 2.

### 确保私行财富业务高品质持续经营，妥善处理客户投诉等声誉风险事件，维护私行专业及我行品牌形象 任职资格 基本条件

正规本科及以上学历学位，同业5年及以上相关工作经验 成长空间：私行团队长、二级分行私行负责人、中后台财富管理岗位 客源优势：依托平安保险集团各专业子公司，通过综拓渠道MGM获客
