## Job description

岗位职责
- 宣导、执行、落实&追踪总部风控政策，确保新进件质量符合公司目标要求；
- 根据机构当地经济环境等实际情况，制定机构本地风控政策和贷前核查手势；
- 贷前环节，确保机构贷前核查手势的执行，并根据执行效果，对核查手势进行优化；
- 贷中环节，与审批联动，对高风险案件进行排查；
- 贷后环节，对逾期案件进行复盘，总结归纳逾期客户特征，挖掘风险； 分析、监测各销售团队欺诈案件情况。 任职资格

### 教育程度
- 本科学历及以上；

### 相关经验
- 1年及以上贷款行业相关经验，具有银行、互联网金融、消费金融公司等机构的风控、合规、信贷审核或品质管控岗位经验者优先；

### 专业能力
- 原则性与责任心、细致与严谨性、学习与适应能力；

### 核心能力
- 风险识别与分析能力、标准执行与落地能力、沟通与协调能力。
