## Job description

### 资产配置模型开发
- 运用Python，C++等工具构建资产配置模型。
- 基于目标组合的风险收益比，构建不同大类资产的配置组合。
- 基于市场变化，不定期对模型进行优化。

### 基金研究与分析
- 对全市场公募基金进行定量与定性分析，挖掘优质基金产品，构建基金池。
- 跟踪基金业绩表现、持仓动态、风格稳定性等，定期输出研究报告。
- 结合宏观经济与市场环境，提出基金配置策略建议。

### 内部支持
- 为销售团队提供基金产品的数据支持与营销素材。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 硕士及以上学历，金融工程、统计学、计算机、经济学等相关专业优先。

### 经验要求
- 1-3年基金研究、量化建模经验，有FOF研究背景者优先。
- 对国内公募基金市场有深入了解。

### 能力要求
- 熟练使用Python/R/SQL进行数据处理与建模。
- 熟悉基金评价体系（如晨星风格箱、风险因子模型），持有基金/证券从业资格优先。
- 熟练使用Wind、同花顺iFinD、PPT、Excel等软件。
- 逻辑清晰，具备独立研究能力与报告撰写能力。
