## Job description

岗位职责 1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济、管理、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2、3-5年相关工作经验，有银行零售或财富管理工作经验、熟悉银行个人银行产品及业务流程，取得AFP（或CFP）证书者优先； 3、具有较强的市场敏感度、优秀的业务拓展能力和沟通能力； 4、工作积极主动、责任心和抗压能力强； 5、有良好的职业操守，无不良工作记录. 任职资格
- 收集行业政策信息，分析行业动态，制定并实施产品开发规划和营销计划；
- 开展市场调研、收集、分析行业需求数据、研发、引入行业金融产品；
- 掌握产品的推广情况及市场营销动态，及时优化金融产品；
- 实施各项业务推动措施、竞赛方案；
- 撰写业务报告，分析市场趋势，提出业务建议。
