## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责客户与银行间沟通，发展新客户，维护老客户，分析和发掘客户需求，拓展我行资产、负债和中间业务产品，为客户提供一揽子金融服务。
- 了解客户需求，帮助客户了解和选择我行业务品种，与行客户建立长期稳定的合作关系，努力提高客户对我行的忠诚度与综合贡献度。
- 完成考核期内公司类资产业务，负债业务，中间业务等销售指标。
- 认真执行我行的相关政策、制度和业务操作流程，积极防范各类金融风险，确保客户和我行的资产安全。
- 积极学习和更新业务知识和技能，不断提高专业能力和素质。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，经济、金融、财会类相关专业，特别优秀的可适当放宽；
- 工作经验、年龄不限；
- 有银行、证券、信托、保险等金融行业工作经历优先考虑；
- 有一定的社会资源；
- 有较强的学习能力，具有优秀的客户导向、沟通交流和关系建立能力；具有团队合作精神，以及良好的职业操守及责任心。
