岗位职责

### 建立运营指标
- 制定知识覆盖率、更新率、准确率等KPI体系。

### 建立机制
- 设计知识生产-消费-反馈的闭环流程（Human-in-the-loop）。
- 通过数据分析驱动知识库结构优化，提升知识复用率。 任职资格
- 具备知识管理体系搭建经验（KM）。
- 极强的数据分析能力，能通过数据驱动运营策略调整。
- 有技术社区运营或大型Wiki维护经验者优先。
