## Job description

岗位职责

### 客户工作
- 能够独立对存量客户进行维护，在传统业务基础上拓展新的合作；

### 投研服务
- 全面对接客户投研需求，负责向客户推介本公司研究报告并提供相关服务，策划并推进各类定制投研活动，包括但不限于各类调研、专家会议以及上市公司交流；

### 股权定增销售业务
- 向各类投资机构包括但不限于保险、基金、外资、私募、财务公司等进行股权项目营销。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，金融、财会、市场营销、法律等优先；
- 对金融行业各类型机构有一定了解，对于各类型机构的主营业务方向、组织架构等信息有一定掌握；具备相应的行研相关知识；
- 具备1年及以上资本市场、研究销售或相关业务经验；
- 具有中大型买方服务经验或某细分子行业客户资源者优先；
- 具有较强的人际交往和沟通协调能力，具备较强的工作责任心和执行力，富有团队合作精神。
