## Job description

岗位职责 (1) 负责 AI Agent 管理平台架构迭代、本地化部署运维，实现大模型、Embedding、重排模型统一接入管理。 (2) 建设 Agent Runtime、Workflow 编排、MCP 网关、工具注册中心等底层基础设施。 (3) 搭建平台权限审计、全链路可观测监控体系，保障平台高可用、高并发、故障定位与性能优化。 (4) 完成平台与现有业务系统集成，提供 Agent 应用开发测试发布能力，向上层医疗智能体业务提供平台支撑。 任职资格 (1) 本科计算机相关专业， (2) 3 年以上后端平台开发经验；掌握 Java/Python/Go 其一，熟悉后端框架、中间件、容器 K8s；了解分布式微服务、大模型工具调用，理解 Agent、RAG、MCP 基础概念； (3) 具备故障排查、性能优化、文档编写及跨团队协作能力，抗压能力强。
